Clamps any size frames or wooden assemblies at a perfect 90°. Econo clamps are designed for assemblies requiring moderate pressure that must be held while screws or staples are applied.Used in furniture and cabinet manufacturing to square and clamp frame assemblies like cabinet doors and frames. The machine frame is heavy, fabricated steel, with clamp jaws and jaw plates of cold drawn steel. The speed controls and clamping pressure are fully adjustable ad two-hand operator controls are standard. The Econo Frame Clamp machines are equipped with Handy Quick-Set™ end stops.

Each model is available in two sizes: 123-44 and 124-44 have a maximum capacity of 48” x 48,” and 123-84 and 124-84 a maximum capacity of 48” x 96.” The frame is fabricated steel and supports a pneumatically powered clamping mechanism. This clamp has a two-hand anti-tie down electrical control system; the operator must push two buttons simultaneously to activate clamping motion.
