MBD CNC Automoatic Bandsawing SystemProvides a complete automated bandsawing process and replaces several manual bandsaws because of the machine's stacked cutting capacities. The MBD CNC Automatic Bandsawing System saws block or panel materials into any size, shape or number of component parts by direct computer numeric control. The automated process allows for greater yield, increased productivity, improved part accuracy and reduction of finished parts inventory.

The servo-controlled X-Y table steers stacked material through the servo-driven rotating bandsaw blade.The servo-controlled X-Y table steers stacked material through the servo-driven rotating bandsaw blade, eliminating the need for manual marking and virtually removes set-up.

The Model 4340 has a material weight capacity of several hundred pounds. The maximum material size is 60" long by 20" wide by 14" thick. The machine used a PC-based CNC controller to coordinate the 3 axis servo-drive system in executing G-Code programs. It accommodates bandsaw blades from 3/8" to 3/4" wide and has 36" diameter bandsaw wheels.
